I'm missing '/passives' from POE 1 - it is really difficult to determine quest states

While I like the idea of the quest icons, it is extremely difficult/annoying to determine whether I am missing completion on some quests:

- I have to click through all acts to check for missing quests
- the contrast between completed and open quest icons is too subtle to be easily recognized
- the world map takes several seconds to load, both when opening it and when switching between acts

My concrete problem (missing two passive points, but cannot figure out which ones or why) is likely bug related - as I have completed all relevant quests - but I find the UI makes the matter really difficult to figure out.

With something like '/passives' I could at least figure out what the game *thinks* I have completed.
