Frost nova and Ice Wall are causing horrible pixel graphics.

It seems to only happen with Frost spells like Frost Nova and Ice Wall including spells of the Wolf Boss in Manor.

Graphics get pixelated and seem worse than minecraft.

CPU:Intel i9-9900
Graphics Card: RX 6700 XT Radeon
Monitor: LG 34" Curved UltraWide™ QHD HDR 10 Monitor - 34WP75C-B
I don't have issues like this in other games.

I've tried a lot, lowering all graphics to as low as i can, the issues persists, turning off Dynamic Resolution, lowering Rendering, turning off V-Sync. Everything persists. Updating Graphics Card Drivers.

If anyone has had this issue please help me out here. What could this be?
I am thinking its possible that my graphics card is a bottleneck with me running at 3400x1440
