Skeletal Arsonists have no additional effect from quality

+1 on tooltip ingame, but I think I saw somewhere they get added damage based on their life.

Additional Effects From Quality:
Deals additional Fire Damage equal to (0–4)% of Minion's maximum Life |

Looks like quiality only add damage to skeleton ability that you need to press yourself.

I have mine leveled to 20% quality and don't see any noticeable difference, same spirit cost... am I missing something or is it indeed bugged?
