Sacrificial heart/sacrificial dagger bug

Posting this here again since i posted it under feedback earlier.

There seems to be a quest bug with the sacrificial heart quest.

I did the Act 3 (cruel) sacrificial heart quest before I did the act 3 (normal) one.

Now the sacrificial heart is gone from my inventory, but the sacrificial dagger is stuck in my inventory. ("Wouldn't be smart to get rid of this now.")

I seem to have all weapon spec points (22) but please can you remove the dagger? I would like to use my inv to the full extent :)

PS: Also the quest icon on the map is still active

PPS: Now my campaign progress is also broken.
I did finish all (Doriani fight finished and seen the end sequence -> teleport to the next zone), now I tried to use the map device and I get the message that I need to finish the campaign :(

Please help, I really want to try the endgame :)

PS: Just tried to 'fix' it with doing the Doriani fight again.
But this does NOT fix the problem.
My quest progress is still bugged and I can't interact with the endgame at all.

I was also having this exact same issue. I went through the portal to go "back to the past" and it just takes me to A1 Cruel start. I then click on the waypoint, to do Aggorat and it worked for me.

Same thing happening to me.
Now i have the heart in backpack and cant even put it in stash.

Fixed it could still stab the heart at aggorath
