Plague Bearer should state that "Damage cannot be modified" in the skill description

Despite the skill being able to hit things, many support gems do not work with Plague Bearer. I assume that this is because mechanically it's similar to Plague Bearer from Poe 1. Where the damage is not modifiable, the damage it deals is static (based upon the amount of damage stored).

If this is indeed the case, please state this limitation in the skill description.

Better yet, when we're scrolling through "all support gems", please provide us a list of the different skill gems a highlighted support gem can work with. While this is available when you already have the support gem, it's incredibly frustrating to waste a lvl 2 or 3 gem on a support that doesn't actually work.
