Stuck unable to move to act 3 cruel

After defeating act 2 boss, i went to do my trials before talking to Asala to drive me to act 3, now i have no dialogue option to do so, Act 3 looks open but i can't teleport to the starting area (no waypoint unlocked), essentially leaving me stranded at the end of Act 2 unable to continue forward.
All my quests in the questlog are grayed out.

Solved.
After relogging and selecting act2 normal and then act2 cruel again, the Asala dialogue reappeared and i was able to succesfully progress to act 3.
