High Velocity Rounds hitbox

The hitbox for high velocity rounds is too small.
There are so many times that i visibly see the attack go through/over the enemy but not hitting it.

Can confirm as well. Every one and then my arrows just go through enemies and do nothing even with 3 projectiles. Would really like a little bigger hitbox of small projectile skills like witchbolt or the early arrow skills.
Not even sure if it's the high velocity hitbox itself. Hitboxes in general are clunky, i think high velocity just exposes that. I've had it miss on targets that should be unmissable. It's also the issue with dodgerolling. GGG said since they buffed dodgerolling that surrounds are still possible but i completely disagree. All you need to do is spam dodgeroll and the animation will let you through even if enemies have not moved an inch since you last dodgeroll which didn't work. That seems to be because while any animation is running, gaps seem to appear that you can exploit to get through. I presume that's what is happening with high velocity rounds as well, as enemies go through walking animation there are moments when they seem to be made out of thin air, hence the miss. And it happens so often it cannot be an issue of accuracy rating, which frankly should not even be a thing in this game as it just feels bad, i can ACTUALLY miss and then the game can decide that i missed. If they wanna keep it they should just make it so that failing an accuracy roll results in a graze, an attack that does reduced dmg and does not trigger oh hit effects. Having misses outside your misses makes it hard to gauge your gameplay. Add to the the wonky hitboxes and it's like who even cares anymore, just overpower everything forget crisp gameplay, forget the game having "weight". Meanwhile enemy attacks will hit you outside visual indicator. You think you have measured visually that attack and feel safe that you are outside the range? Think again, you need to give it an extra foot, for invisible shrapnel i guess. Micro asteroids or miniature black holes maybe. The game doesn't need difficulty nerfs or mob nerfs it needs polish and it makes me sad to see them nerf mobs instead of fixing them. And if i am right, bigger high velocity hitbox is not gonna address the issue, more like bulldoze over it same as with mob nerfs, and possibly introduce issues of their own. It also gives credence to what some people are saying, which is they cannot fix these issues since it's an issue with the game engine

Oh and after testing HVR again Fragmentation i can say the dmg sucks as well. It's armor breaking combo is a joke and results in a dps drop most of the time, so really all this ability has going for it is long range snipes, or would have going for it if it could hit the side of a barn. My test was on Forgemaster, i would say Fragmentation round has double the dmg output on single target of HVR, as long as you keep armor break on target

Just use hvr as a main single target damage and gas grenades to shred the armor. Ap rounds seem to be a dps loss when combined with hvr. Armor is shredded multiple times for hvr to pop off with one grenade.
