chimera twitch drop

im with a problem with twitch and their support said to talk with someone here

ive subbed to a streamer and gifted one sub to someone random but didnt got the chimera, what did i do wrong? how can i fix it?

ive sent an email to ggg suport but didnt get a response yet and its been one day or two already

i still have the screenshots and emails proving ive paid, but i dont know how to send through here

I am waiting since day one for a reply as well about chimera, i got mine but it bound to an account that wasn't mine separate from my steam purchased account?

no way to transfer it even though the accounts are linked, same name different # number after each, got 2 twitch items on my steam account and chimera on a second one that doesn't have my early access release. still waiting for responses as well on help.

thats sad, i only wanted to know if i need to give one more sub or to sub once more to get the quimera or if its just bugged, ill try subbing once more, if it doenst work ill just be sad, i hope they reach out soon i dont want to loose this pet, seems like a really cool one
