Couldn't complete Augury map

I played Augury map (with expedition included) and I couldn't enter the boss room after pulling all the levers. There were only 3 levers and I'm not sure if this is normal, but there was an expedition encounter in one of the corners of the map which I think is where the final lever should have spawned.

there are only 3 levers, I've had the same thing.

Augury map/tile, Center boss room hard locked. Area contained Expedition encounter completed before activating levers. Activated lever 1 and 2 then portal'd out to sell items twice before activating third lever. All 3 levers activated center boss room still locked out.

+1 on this bug. All 3 leavers activated, doors did not open at all. Center rares hard locked, map uncompletable.

EDIT: Got a solution! When I left the map throuw portal and joined back in, one of the leavers were "unpulled". After hitting that one again, the doors finally opend!
