Premeditation Mana Tempest no dmg effect

When i link Premeditation to Mana Tempest the Mana Cost and the Mana Cost over time of Mana Tempest rises (as intended) but there is no dmg difference in any empowered spell by mana tempest with or without supported be premeditation.

I also don't see the damage go up on the skill screen. It's really hard to manually test this against bosses, as 15% is a relatively small amount, but would like some confirmation if this is working or not.

am i missing something or does nobody care about this support gem?

Bump. Tested after 0.1.0e, and this support gem is still not impacting the gem screen dps change for having mana tempest on. Thus, assuming this is not working.

Confirming still broken in dps screen on 0.1.0f.
