Magma Barrier, skill gem increase UI lacks delta

When upgrading the Magma Barrier skill gem the Magma Spray ability does not show the "old > new" damage, it shows only the new.

Reproduction:
1. Craft a level 4 Magma Barrier.
2. Open the crafting menu for a level 7 persistent gem.
3. Select Magma Barrier, display the Magma Spray tab.
4. Note that it says "19 to 29 offhand base fire damage".

It should say "12 > 19 to 19 > 29 offhand base fire damage"

Edit: as I investigate this more I'm realizing all skills which have a tab for additional data do not have the number deltas on any tabs except the first.

I might be having the same issue. All of a sudden, my Magma Spray tab disappeared. Image 1 shows no magma spray, Image 2 shows a newly built skill with the magma spray. Did the Vaal orb add a socket and remove the spray :p
