Blue Mushroom Won't Clear

I have turned in all the mushrooms to the filth hag but the blue mushroom has stayed in my inventory and I cant clear it (delete it, drop it, etc.). Not sure how to reach out for assistance.

Same here. I turned in all the mushrooms then later picked up a blue and a red one and those can't be removed from my inventory now.
