Body Rune - Leech Life ?

Added (2) sockets into a forge maul - then two runes, one of them being a Body Rune for leech life.

Does not add leeching ability to character kit- behaves/ignores presence of rune in maul.

Displays teal status of active buff to item, but, does not add to character page and character will not leech life with maul equipped.
