Manual Forum Trading with Listing on Trade site

Im lost is there any way to manually list an item for trade and have it appear on the trade site?

Or was this functionality just pay walled?

I used to be able to manually click my char name in the top left, dig through the stash and list what i want to sell with the "~price 1 chaos".

anyone?
