Sorc Lightning Warp Bug

I used Sorc's Lightning Warp ability to cull the boss in the Molten Vault, it teleported to him while he was in the lava, which hardened when he died and I got stuck in it and couldn't pick up his quest item, I respawned at checkpoint and I can see the quest item but the arena door is gone so I can't get to it.

Lightning Warp's cull also bugged out the Viper Napuatzi quest for me and I had to kill her again to continue.

I got stuck after the Molten Vault boss as well, but the loot was in range so it worked out.

Not only does lightning warp delete the entire boss model everytime i cull. At this point im convinced it deletes certain drops aswell. After the patch when i cull bosses or rares i almost never get a rare item. Very strange
