BOUGHT THE GAME ON PS5 AND CAN'T PLAY IT ON PC ! HELP PLZ
Hi,
This is my third thread here and I already sent 3 emails to GGG support, still no answer. I bought the game on PS5, linked the PS5 account to my POE 2 account but POE website doesn't recognize my EA on PS5 so I can't download it on PC, I m stuck with the PS5 versions and can't use it on PC. " That's normal. Each support need his own key, so if you want to play on PC you buy an EA for PC and if you want to play on PS5, you buy it on PS5 as well. You can have the cross-progression if accounts are linked. Also depending on how you linked your account, you might end up having your coins on both subaccounts separately. This is a common problem among other people. But there are so many people having this issue that I think they will eventually address it somehow.. the question is when? I'm waiting for 5 days for just unblinking my Steam account and still no answer. The support can't receive email anymore and nobody is doing anything so it might take a while... For now, I think it's better to not use your coins until the situation with the support is back to normal. In the meantime, at least you can still play, unlike many of us. WTF bro i read everywhere that you could play on PS5 and PC with one account, now you have to buy 1 key for each plateform ??
