Trial of chaos broken elevator?

Maybe I’m just dumb but going through this trial the elevator lever just didn’t work at all and was not clickable. Everything was dead and fully explored. Just couldn’t progress at all. Is this a bug or am I just super dumb and blind?

I think that is a bug. I encountered the same or almost the same problem in a chaos trial a few minutes ago. I couldnt see any enemies on the map, but the elevetor didnt lower. After running around for some time, I could get a look at on an elevator which was bugged, enemies standing on it, but it wouldnt lower. Had to reset.
