Can't get twitch drops back

I bought PoE2 on steam. I watched twitch streams to get and claim the 3 hour drops. I then set up an account in PoE forum, linking Twitch and Steam, but I think I accidently did this on the PoE1 website not the PoE2 website (very confusing), anyway the PoE site showed the drops ticked, but only showed me having PoE1 and not recognising me as a PoE2 player, and these have not turned up in PoE2 game (cosmetics on the M button I understand). I tried to fix this and now my PoE forum correctly shows the 300 coins for early access for PoE2, but relinking Twitch while Twitch still shows drops claimed, the PoE site says no drops. Please can you check and re-attach the ticked drops, or let me know what I need to do to fix it? Thanks Last bumped on Dec 10, 2024, 11:12:27 AM

" I have the same issue where both the 3 hour and dono drops went to another POE account. I was told to email support but they're getting bombed with requests right now so my email was kicked back saying to try again later and I'm hoping my new email gets through. The website is the same for both games and you can switch accounts at the top. You may be having the same issue as I am where Twitch was linked to the incorrect POE account and is not accessible by the account you are playing POE2 on. Relinking with the correct account shows the drops were received by the other POE account so it did not give me the drops in game. |
