Sony Currency wrong sub acc

Hi,

I just purchased POE 2 on both Steam and PS5, I have 2 accounts merged (Main Account) Captainlunchbox#1710 and Captainlunchbox#5297. The #5297 account came in when i merged the accounts because i needed to tie my email to it when I bought it on steam. Tho i didn't see an issue i noticed today when i was on my character that i had no currency while playing on PC. I right away noticed i was on account #5297 which was the old account not the one i used to purchase the early access originally. I have since switched over to the #1710 account but now i notice that my PlayStation currency is on account #5297 and i need it on #1710. Is there any way to transfer that currency? I didn't see it ask which account to go to im assuming cause i was playing on the #5297 account it went straight there.

Apparently, that's happened to people who merged 2 different POE accounts (with different login process), while they shouldn't even have 2 different in the first place and they should instead link their accounts to their only one POE account.

Anyway, there are so many people having this issue that I think they will eventually address it somehow.. the question is when? I'm waiting for 5 days for just unblinking my Steam account and still no answer.
The support can't receive email anymore and nobody is doing anything so it might take a while...

For now, I think it's better to not use your coins until the situation with the support is back to normal. In the meantime, at least you can still play, unlike many of us.

yea, Looks like its been a lot of people having in the issue. When i first saw it would merge my accounts i thought it actually meant merge.. meaning currency and everything. i knew PlayStation currency would be different which was fine but i did not think id actually have 2 separate account.

Hoping they can address it soon and yes i posted on here cause every email i send just kicks back after 48 hours. Was hoping with the patch notes they may have just acknowledged the issue but not yet.
