Tempest Bell Targetting

PC mouse pointer over the deployed tempest bell does not always result in you hitting the bell. The act 2 titan boss fight is the most obvious example of this. Also in the titan boss fight you can cast your tempest bell in an unreachable area off the platform by the titans feet. You can see the bell down there until it times out but cant hit it.
It's most annoying when you get surrounded by white mobs and could one or two shot them if you hit the bell but the game decides to target a random white enemy and so you die.

The bell does feel pretty janky due to auto-targeting a lot of the time.

Also, its AoE is not affected by skills that knock back, as stated in the gem. I've tried using wind blast and several other skills using bludgeon support to add knockback, and none made any difference in AoE radius.

When using the attack skill on the left mouse button (movement as well), I can't hit the Tempest Bell at all. It only works if I hold the attack in place button as well. It would be great if I can hit the bell without that as well.
