Unable to use two buffs at the same time

I've been trying to use vitality and frost armor at the same time as I have 60 spirit in total. I see that 50 out of that 60 is reserved and I should have 10 left, but still my vitality is not activated and it has the (!) mark saying that I'm unable to use vitality.

I have the same issue. Is this intentional? My monk can't use 2 buffs at the same time. The illusion buff is the usual buff I use and I can't add one more, it disables the illusion buff.

Check your life reg in the character screen before and after equipping it. I believe it's a visual bug but the buff's still work. This was happening with scepter skills with Vitality if the Spirit went below 10 but the buff's still worked.

I was able to use frost armour and SRS at the same time successfully before I dropped them both for cast on freeze.
One thing I noticed is that didn't seem to work or would work intermittently was because I hadn't set it on both weapons. So when I did an action that used the alt weapon 1 of the buffs dropped off.

So maybe double check that both weapons have both buffs on unless you want a different combo on your 2nd weapon.
