1H wands attack speed only 1.1 ?

I mean.... they are pretty useless to me.
I thought they will be faster then 2H, but no ?

Or what am I doing wrong ?

I was thinking, try ARC, but with 1H its impossible to play....

Wands don't have attack speed, attack speed does not affect cast speed.

Each spell has its own cast time. For Arc it's 1.1 sec by default, that's correct.

Wands don't have cast speed advantage over staves. They all cast at the same speed.

Now that we have purely casting weapons in PoE2, GGG can theoretically add some sort of inherent cast speed multiplier for them if desired.
