Orb of Storms bugged out and disabled

I just finished an endgame map and noticed that suddenly my Orb of Storms was missing from my skill bar, so I opened the skill panel to make sure it hadn't gotten disabled and was met with this screen. I've tried unslotting and reslotting the skill as well as restarting the game but it's still not fixed.

Can confirm, will delete my post.

Got the same problem, any solutions ?

In my case, the problem seems to have come from level 11
by engraving a new lvl 10 gem, the problem was solved (although the upgrade slots were lost)

Faced the same problem. Can't use this spell now. Even if I make a new gem it's worked only in hideout then I use portal or enter the map it's bagged again. Please help.
