Gemrot Skull missing (+30 spirit act 3)

I completed every objective of the three acts but I only get 60 extra spirit from quests, it seems like Ignakduk in act 3 is supposed to drop a "Gemrot Skull" that I didn't get when I killed her, and now the objective is grey and the item don't drop when I kill her again.

This is a big issue since I'm playing a minion build and that I need a maximum of spirit.

Nevermind, seems like there is 30 spirit as reward against King in the mist in Act 1, then 30 spirit against Ignakduk in act 3 and then 40 spirit against Ignakduk in act 6, my bad.

I have the bug in Act 3 normal. Have killed Ignagduk on Cruel and got the skull. But I am missing the +30 spirit from her on normal difficulty. Any known work arounds. Kind of need the other 30 spirit to continue on. Just tried killing her again on normal and did not work.

Nevermind. Went and killed king of the mists again. The gembloom skull is hard to pickup on controller as it's right on the Ritual rewards vendor
