error when i tried to teleport back to camp

When i tried to use the portal it came up with "Error: Failed to join instance because: Error: failed to join any instance."

After I couldnt get around this I went to the gate to go to previous map but got the same error. I then respawned the character at last checkpoint and this appeared to have fixed the issue.

This occured in the map Clearfell after I hunted down the "Beira the rotten pack".
