Act 3/6 Venom Draught Reward Respec

Not sure if this is a bug but it seems like we can't change the quest reward similar to the bandit quest reward in PoE 1. It seems a little strange to be stuck with a permanent decision on a first play through with the only other option being to spend another 20-30 hours remaking a character.
