Quest Item (Sacrificial Heart) Dropped and disappeared. Can't get it to drop again in campaign

This if for the Act 3 "Bloody Sacrifice" quest. I picked up the Sacrificial Heart when it dropped. I didnt find the altar the first time I went through the area. I went through and beat the Act 3 boss.
Started Act 1 Cruel, dropped Heart to pick up and ID another item and the heart disappeared. Went back to Act 3 to try to get it to drop again - have been unable to do so Thanks! Last bumped on Dec 13, 2024, 12:09:39 PM

Hi , so i figured out that even if you dont have a sacrificial heart in your inventory you can still go to aggorat and use dagger to stab the heart , it should work and give you 2 passive skill points , cheers !
