Can not see my characters on official game website

As many people Ive logged in via steam and can not see my in game characters and so on.

You mean you can't see POE2 character on the website?
If that's the case, it's normal. For now, POE2 characters are not available on the website, you can only see POE1 characters. Pardon my english, I'm French :p
