Molten Vault boss arena bug

Defeated boss in molten vault at the end of the arena.
I was stuck for some reason, perhaps one of the spikes or just geometry at that area of the arena.
I could not move/roll, or interact with boss drops.

-alt f4 and reload, I was still stuck
-used reload at last checkpoint button, boss died again at beginning of arena and dropped quest item. However the elevator would not work to get back down there.

-attempted to go back to the zone entrance to reload. However the lever for the magma bucket is on the other side. lol

I killed the boss and wanted to pick up loot, overlooked a small AoE bit on the ground and died. From the checkpoint the lever doesn't work anymore so I can't pick up the quest Item

The same happened to me.

I killed the boss and alt-tabbed, but after returning to the game, I wasn't able to interact with the drops or move.

I exited to the character list and reconnected, but I was booted into a new instance, right at the checkpoint. The boss died immediately, but the quest item was still inside the arena and inaccessible because the elevator wasn't working.

I managed to find my previous instance in the instance manager, and from the map overlay, I could see the icons of the drops still inside the arena where I originally killed the boss, but they were still inaccessible.

This happened in Cruel Act 3, far away from the end of the arena.

I was able to create a new instance, and after re-clearing the area, I killed the boss again and got the quest item.

Same issue, killed boss but am now stuck at the end of the level, cannot drop a wand in my hand, cannot pick up gold, cannot teleport to hideout or camp, tried to logout change character and am still stuck. As of right now my character can't be played. GGG please help.

GGG here is a screenshot of my skills, position, I was pratically on top of the boss when it died and now character cannot interact.
