Tribal Vengeance quest gives no reward

If you talk to Servi in The Azak Bog after completing the quest, you get the end of quest dialogue, but no reward box. When viewing the quest list in the map, it says the quest awards a flask. Talking to Servi in town does not give an option to collect your reward.
