Performance issues, low fps

Hi, I bought path of exile 2 but I'm having serious performance problems, my gpu is an rx 6600 and the cpu is a 5600G and I have the latest drivers, with directx 12 I get 30 fps on high and barely 40 on low, i tried all the settings but i only managed to get this, vulkan is the same as directx 12, with directx 11 I can get 70 fps but as soon as there are monsters the game suddenly drops a lot of frames, it stutters a little, and it's unplayable. I disabled the integrated graphics card so that I know that the game is using the rx 6600 and it is using it, I tried tutorials, I tried changing various settings but I don't know what else to do.
I saw a video on youtube of a guy with a rx 6600 and a ryzen 5 3600 and he does 100 fps on low and 60 on high without any problems, why do I do so few fps?
Can someone help me please?
