Act 3 Cruel Didn't Drop Sacrifice Heart & Cannot Go to JiQuani's Mechinarium to Kill BlackJaw

I have completed Act3 cruel ,reached endgame, but find that I've missed these two quest, and now I can't complete them no matter what.
Neither Utzaal nor Aggorat drops the Sacrifice Heart, so I can't finish the Blood Sacrifice quest to get 2 Passive Skills.
Additionally, JiQuani's Mechinarium does not have a portal, and if you try to go from Jiquan's Sanctum, you'll be blocked by a door, so it's impossible to find and kill BlackJaw.

Same issue. suppose im just getting extreemly unlucky. Can any one confirm where it drops and if there are any other requirements when i Did it on normal was pretty seemless (fell in my lap maybe)

The heart actually drop in Aggorat in Cruel, I just kept killing mobs near the site and it's dropped for me. Hope this help

got the same issue - finished cruel - went back to aggorat to find the heart
cleared the zone 5+ times - no drop

Still an issue, can't go back to normal, after completing normal, to complete the sacrifice for 2 weapon skill passives.

Trying to get an invite from another player in said act results in "You do not have the required state to teleport to this player."

Edit: got an invite from another player currently in that section, couldn't port to them initially, but upon finishing the action at the end of act 3 story I could port to them then, and was able to successfully retrieve the item and complete the quest.

Same issue here, ive cleared both Utzaal and Aggorat like 3-4 times each I give up goddamit

Same issue - finished the Machinarium, but didnt found the Blackjaw - so I just missed that boss, he is active on my map and I cant pass the map again, because in the beggining the throne dont accept small red crystal without mission.

Same issue here, I went into the endgame without complete the Blood Sacrifice, now it marked grey but no wording (grants 2 skill points) below, as act 3 normal has dimmed and has wording "grants 2 skill points" below the tooltips.

I tried to clear the zone, no drops.

I mean my act 3 cruel blood sacrifice bugged.

I did this as well. You can still get that 10% fire res. port to chimeral wetlands. You can get to Jiquani that way.
