Summon Infernal Hound + Support

It seems that some support skills do not work with the infernalist's skill "summon infernal hound"

The fire damage seems to be ONLY calculated by life.

So:
* Meat Shield only gives bonus (probably should decrease dmg as well)
* Concentrated effect only decreases area, but not increases dmg
* Fire infusion does nothing (maybe intended due to "attack"?)
