[D3D12] Failed to create resource for texture []

Has happened when trying to get to the clearfall encampment and out in Grelwood. Act 1 Cruel. First time I was just trying to zone in encampment. Last time I was in Grelwood going killing Darkface rare mob. Hitting with Bell, Tempest flurry etc.

Same problem here. It happens everywhere.
