Act 3 - Jiquani's Sanctum additional Medium Soul cores

I just killed the Act 3 Large Soul Core Dude inside the Alva Temple and after the fight there where 2 new green Quest markers on the map.
There I got two medium soul cores.
I previously hat to collect two and put them on thop of the map into the generators, now I have two more.
Where do they go? If I port back to base camp they stay inside the temple.
Like the two I had collected previously. Because of the quantity drops there, I had to go a few times selling stuff.

I did now run around for around an hour inside the temple and couldn`t find a use for it.

If it´s not needed anymore then it propably is a bug.

I had a similar problem with an 2 extra cores (2x2 size in inventory):
Large Soul Core
The Flame Core
I've full cleared the map (including boss & new monsters that spawn after activating both generators) and can't find a place for them, but was able to drop them in the map (not in town) to unclog my inventory.

Bug?

Yes, there is something wrong with the logic of the Medium Soul Cores I've had two problems:

- no Medium Soul Core spawning at all on the map, aftrer 100% clear I had to reset the map

- additional Medium Soul Cores spawning after activating both Generators
