Game settings keep resetting when booting the game

Basically what the the title say. Every time I boot the game from the standalone client (haven't tested steam) my in game graphics settings are turned up to max. Changing them works so long as I don't close and open the game.

Same issue for me. I change the mode to be Windowed Fullscreen, but when I restart the game it is reverted back to Fullscreen.
