Game stuck after Act 2 Endboss - Can't progress further

I killed the last boss of act 2.
After that, I got a quest.
I had to talk to Sekhema Asala.

After teleporting back to caravan, my quest changed.
The quest where I should talk to Sekhema Asala was gone.

Now I had to talk to the hooded one. (I've seen a weird glitch in the quest log, changing the quest from Sekhema to Hooded one)
But he is missing at the caravan.


I found him in act one, in town.
I talked to him. He got the quest for me that would lead me to act 2 again.

After talking to him the quest stayed the same.

After traveling back and forth from act 1 to act 2, the quest is gone.

The moment I enter act 2, I got the quest again.

You have to walk off a ramp (no portal) from caravan in act 2 where Zarka and Shambrin are and go to a shrine and he is there. Basically its to the left of where the stash is. There should be a ramp down to the ground. From the ramp continue in the same direction and you will find him. Hope this helps.

Same here. Asala says to return with her, she does not move and I'm still in the area where that guys head gets cut off. I tried find the "walk off a ramp" part but the boss area does not seem to have it.

Never mind. I had to use the portal, then made the caravan travel to the dreadnought, then walked out the ramp, the press a button was not there, went straight and the hooded one was there. Bug for sure
