Act 2 - Deshar - Watchful Twins - Killing one and then dying, replaying fight one is already dead

I was on the Trail of Corruption Quest, in Deshar I found the Watchful Twin fight.

I entered the fight and managed to kill one, but then died to the orange aoe attacks.

From the check point I replayed the fight and found the bottom of the two was already dead and was a corpse.

The fight completed after the kill of the live one and I got rewards and a Djinn Barya.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Enter Deshar and find the Watchful Twins
2. Kill one of them (probably the bottom spawning one)
3. Die to orange aoe attack
4. restart at checkpoint and re-enter the fight

Result: Only the top spawning one is alive the bottom spawning one is dead

Expected Result: Both alive after reset

Class: Merc lvl 29
Weapon: Crossbow
Main abilities: Flash Grenades - Explosive Grenades - Gas Grendes - Galvanic Shards

I even Killed both of them before looting and died to aoe after. Cant loot, they dont respawn :(
