Everlasting gaze and Atziri's disdain with Eldritch battery.

Eldritch battery says it converts ALL energy shield to mana. However these two uniques referenced in the title still give energy shield to your character with the keystone. Currently the keystone seems to only convert base energy shield granted by items. Everlasting gaze could get into a loop if this was not the case with the keystone.

Is this intended or a bug/oversight?

EB converts only the base value of ES to avoid loops. It is said in the tooltip of any convertion, which you can find in the tooltip of EB =)
