Can't access the game through epic games

I redeemed a poe2 key through epic games and was able to download the game. My epic games account was different from my pathofexile account, so I made sure to link my epic games account with my poe account. But when I login through epic games, an error pops up saying I need to buy the game to get access.

So I have the game, linked my accounts, but still can't access the game. I even downloaded the poe client and tried logging in through there, and the same issue occurs.

Anyone know of a fix for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again fellas and happy gaming.

This has been a problem on Steam too. Still can't play.

you need to check that the key you got is an Early Access Key and not a Client Key. They are different and some people for example get multiple Keys for the same account to play on different platforms (Steam/Epic..) but these keys are just to download the client/launcher they don't give EA.
