Tribal Vengeance quest in act 3 reappeared after completion + chimera freeze bug

I already have the 30 spirit bonus from the quest so I know I completeled it, still showing up. Also when I froze the chimera mid firebreathing it continued to breathe fire, but frozen.

Actually maybe I didn't return the quest, I'm not sure. Recleared and was able to complete the quest.
