Blackjaw Rewards Bugged

Hi, my Blackjaw reward is bugged.

i've kept the item "flame core" for 10% fire resistance in my inventory untill i was in cruel. that's when i dropped the item and it dissapeared. my filter doesnt hide any items at all, so that wasnt it.

after seeing the kill on my map uncompleted i've went back to kill him (twice by now) and didnt get another flame core, despite never redeeming the first.

Have you considered that you may have USED the flame soul? Right-clicking on the soul is what gives you the permanent 10% fire resist...

i have not used it, otherwise the map icon would not show as uncompleted (the skull with the +) and i distinctly remember throwing it onto the floor. i'm still not used to clicking green quest items like that, and the reason why i dropped it in cruel was that i was testing my item filters "quest" class entry.
