Bug - Buffs Spirit not allowing to have more than 2 active at the same time

I have enough spirit to activate CoC, Lingering Illusion and Wind Dancer. However LI stopped working (can't see your remnant behind after rolling). After toggling off one of the other buffs, you can see LI working again.
