Map stuck saying "in progress"

Did my first map and killed the area boss. Got a popup that said "map complete" so I tp'd out and when I tried to access the map device nothing happened. There were no portals and just was not possible to click on the device.
Restarting the instance did nothing, swapping servers did nothing.
Opening the map with U, the map node says "map in progress."

Exact same situation, but i died and the node just says "map attempted".

What I ended up doing is just starting a new map and after I did that it said map completed on the map I was just on.
