Slowed despite Pathfinder "Your speed is unaffected by Slows" modifier

The Alt-text on Slows indicates that ALL reductions to player speed count as slows. However, the drowning effect from the common Hag monster ignores this, despite any indication that there are any exclusions to the rules described in the Alt-text. Couple this with the guaranteed death debuff on a short duration, and my character that just breezed through Doryani in hc died at full health.

I understand that some modifiers have exceptions. But the alt-text was placed in the game to allow for clarity on these matters, and the alt text makes it clear that all reductions to player speed count as slows. Instead, that debuff completely negated my entire ascendancy, slowing me down while I did a long duration ability (which is normally fast because of my immunity to slows and good cast speed), causing me to stay rooted for the entire duration and die.

Please fix this, I thought issues like this would have been ironed out... the rest of the game felt fine for hc play... this issue, the combo of ignoring a modifier and its stated behavior in alt-text, plus the resulting instant death debuff, alone makes the game unfit for hardcore play right now imo.

If there was any indication that this Pathfinder node would have exceptions, I would not have relied on it. Instead, I did, and my top 50 overall, top 5 pathfinder is dead. Thanks a lot :/ Idk how much more I'm gonna be playing.
