Matlan Waterways Map Bug - Blocked off (POE2)

Was running through Matlan Waterways in Act 3 to complete the quest where you need to drain the water and came across a map layout that completely blocks you off which prevents you from completing the quest. A new instance resolved this.

any fix for this? how do you start a new instance without having a waypoint for the area you want to reset?

This issue is also happening in maps, T9 Deserted map entirely blocked off after I cleared mobs around the portal. |

Same here.
But I've found how to reset the map. If we have a waypoint: on the map "ctrl+left click". For this map, without waypoint, you must find the entrance, and as before "ctrl+left click" |
