Either this is a description bug or I didn’t understand something correctly in their work.

same here, just bought a pair and discovered that dps of my main skill went down. then i realized that its tooltip states 200% main hand crit damage bonus instead of the anticipated 300%.

damage still feels like it went up during testing, but this might be because of ele pen on crit node from invoker (sunder my enemies).

i would love if someone could verify <3

I can confirm. Only getting 200% crit damage bonus according to tool tips.

Quick question on this item. Does it mean your crit bonus is locked to 300% (or 200%), or is it increased by that amount?

it is locked, so you can take those negative crit bonus nodes for free, but you cant raise it as well ...
