Acceleration support gem does not increased damage along feathered fletching not

As the title says,

I allocated acceleration to lighting arrow and my DPS isn't going up with the passive node feathered fletching.

acceleration = supported skill have 40% more projectile speed.

feathered fletching = increases and reduction to projectile speed also apply to Damage with Bows
