Lightning Warp namelocking

This skill only does something if there is a ball lightning, or a cullable enemy nearby.
I don't mind the fact that you get punished with the mana cost if you don't use it properly, however, the skill has a tendency to namelock on a monster and only target it even if there are plenty of other valid targets around, which becomes an issue if you namelock the only monster in the pack that is not in cull range. you could say that the player should target better but the skill also teleports you around, its simply not possible to not accidentally namelock something when you teleport if you are casting this in quick succession. is it possible to have the skill prioritize valid targets over the namelocked target?
