Audio bug after a3 sacrificial heart quest

After i complete Sacrificial heart quest in A3, every sound but ingame music stops and returns only after game restart

I had the same issue, also at the sacrificial heart but in cruel A3. Don't have the report number as the game crashed after changing sound source when trying to fix it.
I changed source many times after that and it never crashed again.
